SlotVail
Dated seats for yoga, workshops & small events
SlotVail lists dated in-person seats. Fixed price, or an optional bid or countdown. A livestream is optional. Slot means a dated seat — not a casino, not shipped goods.
What you book
A listing is one date and time. Another day is another listing. Guests buy or bid on the seat page. The live page is for watching, when a host has started a stream.
How payment works
A bid or a fixed-price purchase places a card authorization hold. A livestream is not required to pay. Cardholders see SlotVail as the seller. The host delivers the seat and is paid after QR check-in.
If you cannot attend
A guest who cannot attend uses resale and the waitlist on the seat page. After the money cutoff there is no cash refund, even if resale fills the seat. A host or platform cancellation is different: it attempts a release or refund. Terms · Refund notice · Cancel templates
A livestream is optional
Publishing a seat does not start a stream. If the host goes live later, buying stays on the seat page.
Who it is for
Small hosts — yoga, workshops, 1:1, and small events — not agencies. Check-in is a QR on the day. A review can be left by a guest who completed that QR check-in.
