What SlotVail sells

This page describes the billable products and services for Stripe account review. SlotVail is a marketplace that auctions experience seats and sells livestream chat coins.

Important: “Slot” means an experience reservation seat. This is not a casino, slot machine, lottery, or other gambling/speculation product. Charges are for experience participation rights or prepaid digital chat coins.

Two chargeable products

The card statement seller is SlotVail (platform). Hosts deliver the experiences. Host payouts use Stripe Connect.

Product A

Experience / event seats (auction wins)

Hosts auction in-person experience seats via livestream or timed auctions. Fulfillment is face-to-face at the venue with QR check-in on the day (no fully online experience delivery).

Examples: treatments, tutoring, meet-the-expert seats, exclusive dinners, studio visits
Bidding places an authorization hold only; capture on win
Host payout after in-person QR check-in (typically 90% of hammer price)
Price set by bidding / buy-now / host settings

Product B

Chat coins (digital goods)

Prepaid coin packs for livestream comments and superchats.

Charged immediately on purchase; credited to wallet
Coin comments typically cost 1 coin per comment
Non-refundable digital goods (stated in legal pages)
Part of coin revenue can be paid to hosts monthly (separate from auction payouts)

Hosts create listings. All are designed for meeting or learning in person (QR check-in on the day).

Treatments & body care

Seats only that practitioner can provide · in-person QR check-in

Tutoring / mentorship

1:1 or small-group seats to learn from a specific person · delivered face-to-face

Meet seats & table experiences

Exclusive dinners, studio visits, etc. · final price set by bidding

Charity-linked in-person experiences

Host publicly sets a donation rate and donates after receiving funds (platform does not pick charities or auto-donate)

Payment flow (summary)

Auctions: authorize on bid/join → capture on win (escrow) → pay host after in-person QR check-in.
Coins: charge when Stripe checkout completes.
※ Watching and bidding can happen online; the purchased experience itself is fulfilled face-to-face.
