5. Prices
- Chat coins (digital content): Prices shown on the coin purchase screen (e.g., 50 coins for ¥1,200).
- Auction experience slots: The final winning amount on each live auction (uniform price, buy-now, or each bidder’s own raffle bid).
*With Stripe FX conversion, overseas users may see and pay in local currency at the then-current rate.
6. Additional fees
Internet/data charges incurred while using the Service (browsing, streaming, notifications) are borne by each user.
7. Payment method and timing
- Method: Credit card via Stripe.
- Coins: Charged when Stripe checkout completes.
- Auction bids / raffle entry: At bid (including buy-now and raffle join), a card authorization hold is placed only. Nothing is captured then. The hold exists to stop prank bids.
- Auction win capture: When a win is confirmed, the authorization is captured immediately and held in Stripe escrow. The host is not paid at that moment.
- Check-in QR: Shown on the winner’s device from 2 hours before the experience (no QR image in email). A few minutes before that window through the day, we email and in-app notify winners to open My Page once.
- Host payout: After on-site check-in (winner scans host QR → shows check-in QR → host scans), 90% of the win amount is transferred to the host. Card processing fees are borne by the Platform. See Terms §4.
8. Delivery timing
- Coins: Credited to the wallet immediately after purchase.
- Experience slots: Delivered on the experience date the host sets at listing (on or after auction end, including two months or a year later). Win amounts stay in escrow until that date.
9. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
1. Coins and chat spend: Purchased coins and spent comments are non-refundable for any reason, including account suspension for abuse.
2. Auction wins (generally non-refundable): After a win is confirmed, participant-initiated cancel/refund requests are generally not accepted. The experience date cannot be changed.
3. Resale: If a participant cannot attend, the only Platform relief path is Resale.
- Minimum price: at least the original winning amount
- Money vs fill: after the template’s money cutoff there is no cash refund, even if the seat is resold. Seven days is a workshop money example, not a platform-wide ban. Checkout is on the seat page, not a livestream bid.
- Seller (original winner): after the money cutoff, a filled seat does not release the original authorization and does not refund a captured charge. There is no upside if the resale sells higher.
- Fee: 10% of the sale price applies on the new winner’s transaction
- Transfer: on success, the seat moves to the new winner; the date stays fixed
- No sale: if there are no bids, the original winner keeps the seat (no refund)
*A confirmed win captures the authorization into escrow. The host is paid after QR check-in. A filled resale does not release or refund the original guest after the money cutoff.
4. Host cannot deliver: If the host cancels or cannot provide the experience, winners receive a full refund or equivalent release. Participant requests based solely on personal illness or similar reasons are handled via Resale, not direct refund.
