Seats sell days ahead. Experience day still needs a body at the door. Reminders and waivers close that gap before QR—without turning SlotVail into your whole studio CRM.

1. 24h, 2h, and “I’ll be there”

Live today:

  • 24-hour reminder — calendar stickiness while there is still time to fix plans
  • 2-hour reminder — last nudge before travel / arrival
  • Optional “I’ll be there” — a light confirm when you enable it; not a second checkout

Reminders do not invent auto-refunds. If they still can’t come, the path stays managed resale. → Waitlist fills the empty chair.

2. Email first—everywhere

Email is the first channel in all locales. LINE (or similar chat) can be optional regional add-ons where available. Japan is one market story—not the only one. Do not design host ops as if every guest lives in one messenger.

3. Waiver + health notes at purchase / win

The waiver (and health notes you attach) is collected at purchase or win—not on a clipboard at the door as the happy path. The signed record sits on the roster and pairs with day-of QR. → Experience day QR check-in.

Host setting: block vs warn if unsigned. Pick the stricter gate when risk is real; warn when you only need a nudge.

4. Scope: this experience—not your CRM

This replaces paper / Google Form for that experience’s waiver and reminder loop. It is not a full studio CRM, membership database, or medical archive. Keep long-term client records where you already keep them.
