After winning, participant-initiated cancel/refund is generally not available. If you cannot attend, the only relief path is Resale (minimum = original win amount; must end by 7 days before the experience). Host messages are available until event day. Free users get 3 messages; Secret Mode members get unlimited.
After the experience (QR verified), you can optionally rate the host. If you rate: stars required, comment optional. We email the day after, remind 3 days later if unanswered, and close ratings 7 days after the experience (one edit allowed in that window).

Share special seats—but only with people you trust. When your invitee buys coins for the first time, you both get 20 coins.
