Payouts & sales
Auction proceeds and chat coins are separate transfers. At win, funds are captured and held in Stripe escrow. Host payout is after on-site mutual QR check-in. Coins close at calendar month-end (JST) and pay out afterward via Connect.
- A comments-only month can be a small amount. Sending it as-is can be eaten by bank payout fees.
- Auto-payout therefore runs only when closed coin payouts (after the platform fee) plus auction payouts in the same window total at least ¥5,000.
- Amounts below the line are not lost. They carry forward and are sent together once the line is met.
- Coins-only, the guide is about 331 coins (~¥5,000 to the host). If you already had an auction payout in that window, leftover comment coins can go out as soon as the combined total clears the line.
Payouts use the cheapest pack rate: 1,500 coins = ¥25,200 (¥16.8 / coin). After the 10% platform fee, 90% is the host payout. Card processing fees (Stripe) are borne by the Platform and are not taken from that 90%. This month’s coins pay out after month-end. As in the auto-payout rule above, totals under ¥5,000 carry forward.
Wins are captured into escrow at close. After on-site mutual QR check-in, we transfer 90% of the win to your Connect account. Stripe card fees are borne by the Platform. Finish Express onboarding before scanning.
