Guidelines & Policies

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. Community Integrity (Chat & Anti-Harassment)

1. SlotVail keeps a clean space where hosts, bidders, and viewers interact with mutual respect. We use a pay-per-comment model (“1 comment = 1 coin”), but the following is prohibited whether or not coins were spent:

  • Defamation, discrimination, harassment, or attacks against hosts, other bidders, or third parties.
  • Obscene, violent, or otherwise unlawful text.
  • Spam or advertising of other websites, services, or products.

2. Violations may result, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in a permanent chat freeze or full account deletion (permanent ban). Purchased coin balances are not refunded in that case.

2. Host Code of Conduct & Quality

1. Hosts must complete identity verification (KYC) before listing slots and must deliver experiences with social responsibility.

2. Hosts must deliver the experience on the date set at listing (on or after auction end, including two months or a year later to match their calendar), with sincerity and high hospitality. Win amounts stay in escrow until that date.

3. Unjustified delay or abandonment of an experience, or delivery that materially differs from the listing, may lead to host account suspension, withheld payouts, and a full refund to the winner. SlotVail does not compensate related damages beyond those remedies.

3. Referral Program & Cash Commission

1. Users who invite a new host through the referral program may earn a 1% commission from the platform fee on that host’s successful auctions.

2. Payouts are sent automatically via Stripe Connect to the referrer’s registered bank account.

3. To keep earning eligibility, the referrer must complete at least one live auction stream within the past 30 days.

4. Streaming Rules

1. During an auction (up to 7 days), hosts do not need to stay on camera 24/7. While the live stream is offline, timers and 1-coin chat keep running. Outside stream hours, the preset thumbnail and next-stream schedule are shown automatically.

2. When a host taps Start Auction in the dashboard, countdown timers begin for bidders and bidding opens. Misuse of that trigger, or repeated unnatural disconnect/reconnect patterns that overload the system or undermine fairness, may lead to usage restrictions.
